At RackUp+Go, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Pack the items securely in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
